It goes without saying that because of the joint research work with the mother company Trützschler, Trützschler Card Clothing disposes of an extensive know-how when it comes to the wire specification for Trützschler cards.

However, as Trützschler Card Clothing also maintains a close collaboration with other machine manufacturers, TCC is a competent partner for all customers.

The complete know-how, also in view of special applications is recorded in a data base. The wire configurator is a program specially developed by TCC. By entering data like machine type, material to be processed and production capacity, the best possible wire combination is indicated.

The data base "lives", i.e. new findings from research and development and experience with niche applications such as the continuously increasing part of processing bleached cotton, are permanently entered. In this way, our customers can be sure to always receive the best possible wire combination for their application and card types.
