Depending on the roller card configuration, the raw material to be processed, the production rate and other process parameters, TCC can offer more than 400 wire types for every roller of a card. This allows wire specifications to be used which are precisely tailored to customer-specific parameters, thereby ensuring optimal running performance levels for the machine.

TCC wires are different from each other both in terms of the tooth geometry and profile cross-section (e. g. interlinked or flat base), structure (e. g. grooves) or surface treatment (e. g. mechanically or chemically treated, scale-free). For high loads and special applications so-called “T-thick point” wires are available.
