Our basic principle is: Quality must be produced right from the start. It is not sufficient to check the finished product. Thus, under the rules of the Trützschler quality management system, the production lines, for instance, are permanently monitored online, from the first to the last stage of production. Rewards of holistic QM application: Our customers attest us a quality consistency which is unrivalled in the industry.
Another example of quality ”made by TCC“ can be seen in the process for hardening our metallic wires: With conventional hardening processes, scale - which has to be removed mechanically in a further process – appears on the surface. This, however, may result in damage to the wire surface. The ”scale free“ method used by TCC prevents the development of scale, and thus quality losses through reworking.
